"Aaaarrrgh! I know its out there, but I just can't find it!"

Have you or your associates/consultants ever faced this problem? They are so sure they have seen a particuar doc or a discussion thread (before, while browsing for something else); but the humungous database has swallowed it again! and now they just can't find it.How has the KM team helped to resolve this in your org? and consequently what was the impact on the KM processes (if any?)See More

Whatever your view it is most certainly at time to make the maximum use of the assets that you and your organisation possess. In this session we will review how knowledge should be treated as an asset, maximum use made of it and if appropriate how to dispose of some parts of it at a profit. We will also review how to gain value from other resources which might not be currently fully…See More

KM is a treaury box for an organisation but people through theirdrect experience can understand its importance. though we give training or awarness programs on that. Developing a committee among certain group and conducting contest will make them fully involved in the process.

Wow you surely have accumulated a lot of wisdom by now:-)

Are you in Pune?

Actually I plan on moving out of the corporate scene and hence out of corporate KM ( mind you corporate KM not KM - one never does do they??)

Yes we can meet in person if in Pune, would surely like to know where I could have made that difference in corporate KM- it has been a hands on learning experience for me and has been wonderful.
