- As Manager, KM with Frost & Sullivan’s SAME consulting practice, my role is to assess and formulate the mid and long -term KM strategy for the region. The imperative for a consultancy is to ensure that all industry specialized groups are empowered to provide the clients with the right knowledge that leads to better decision making at the client’s end. KM also functions as the nodal point for assessment of Performance Indicators and KRA’s for the consultants.

Since you happened to be from Mumbai, thought would invite you to the "Mumbai KM Community".
The primary objective is to bring together KM practitioners so as to leverage the collective knowledge of the community members. The group will meet once a month at the office premises of one of the community members. The first meeting was hosted at eClerx Services Ltd and the second one at L&T. The next meet will be presented by Eureka Forbes.
The forum facilitates collaborative learning and experiential knowledge sharing around KM strategies, best practices, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
KM departments of organizations [32 to be precise] in verticals of IT, consulting and previous MAKE (Most Admired Knowledge Enterprises) award winners have joined hands in the initiative.
