It is said that structured content and content reuse makes a lot of saving for companies and decision making process lot easier. But can it be measured? I would like the members to add value to this discussion
The best way people contribute to the KM portal is to recognize their contribution through awards. But to sustain the momemtum what are the process we have to follow. If we stop the rewards and recognition it may affect the employeee contribution in the portal.
I am working as Knowledge Manager in Suguna poultry Farm ltd. I am responsible for implementing Knowledge Management. My previous assignment was with Sulekha.com where i worked in content Management.

Dear Amal,
I thought the KCommunity meeting was more for personal networking and fun. But we did hear two serious and useful talks on the morphological framework for KM and the Router model of KM implementation in CTS. I have taken notes, I will try to collate it. There is a website for the morphological framework. Brief details are in the invitation mail which we received. I am trying to paste it here.
Thanks
Mike
