Hi all .....from the books definitions it seems everything(intangible) that goes on in an organization(individual knowledge, skills, commitments, organizational structures and designs etc.etc.) and that seems to be positively associated with performance and outcomes makes an aspect of intellectual capital whereas accounting professionals consider only patents, brands and copyrights which are clearly intangible assets......to me it makes very little sense...and am curious to know other opinions…See More
