Comment by Lakshman Pillai A on September 24, 2012 at 5:31pm Raja: First I like your new profile photo. What a smile!
Thank you for your suggestion on driving online conversation. We are trying our best to drive online conversation. I agree to the fact that recently the online discussion has dropped significantly. Like in any other CoP platform, only a small percentage of members actively contribute and many benefits from asking questions or going through the discussion threads.
Some people are designed for face 2 face. That's why we can actively facilitating both. Will leave it to people to contribute or participate wherever they feel comfortable. It is hard to push in CoP model. The first generation KM activists in India either got tired or got little older (or busier!). We hope that the second generation activists contribute more online.
Note:
Thanks and regards,

Comment by Rajendra Raja V B on September 24, 2012 at 4:52pm Great impact making presentation on 20th Sept 2012 Chennai.
For sake of KM generation out of such opportunity, I have made few suggestions in the same thread as the invitation.
I am sure organisers take the initiative forward. Limitation of gathering on events is no good. KM Community must be thriving online as sequel to each event.
I am sure we can take this forward collaboratively ....
