Dear All,

I am looking for more practical inputs on Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) for support organization. Do let me know if you have come across the same. My primary search of interest is "What are components and How to build KCS process and culture".

I have gone through some of the Service Innovation site on KCS literature. But looking more on practical hands on experience on building KCS. I am exploring it for our internal support team.
