To increase the bar of our KM Community, I suggest the following please for organisers as well as speakers

1. Experience sharing may be done with Use Case or Blog which we can be sent /read in advance at earliest possible

2. Such doc should conclude with scalability or replication challenges with specific to KM consolidation, as summarised by the speaker/authour

3. Actual event based presentation may start with 5 -7 minutes of overview and rest of Q&A, debate and actual KM learning. So we get about 20 min at least to interactively understand ..

I believe that KM is a subject of EXTRACTION or LEARNING or EXPERIENTIAL out of an episode or experince. Not a narration of scene or experience or a use case. This may help us to come with solid exciting points to be tossed to the speaker and carry home KM aspects from same as well as rest of the KM audience. Takeawys is most important, and we should go home with some lessons( Pitfalls or Insight or Trick) for application back at workplace or home or civil society.

That helps us to connect with speakers as a collaborative contact for using the event and organization platform to share, learn or KM together in the speakers episode arena or in other arenas where lessons could be used well.

Not that such learnings do not take place in ongoing KM events, but time available in 30 min slot is too short to capitalise. So such suggestion.

That helps us to build this KM community further with subjects presented taken forward for online tossing and traction with the same speaker who becomes the pivot or someone leads it further for KM community gain.

Good suggestions.

Can we also conneict with the speaker or someone during the live telecast?  Eg. any Chat windows apart from Livestream available to connect with?

Thanks

Srini
