The 8th Mumbai KM Community meeting will be presented by L&T (Engineering and Construction Division) on February 26. Below are the details:
Topic: Implementing KM 2.0 – The Building Block of Collaboration
Focus of KM has shifted from linking content to people, to connecting collaborative groups that interact and share reusable knowledge assets – renowned as KM 2.0. The speaker will share his experiences and the practices implemented to bring this paradigm shift in L&T.
The second part of the presentation will talk about the ‘self actualisation’ stage of knowledge management – embedding KM in the business. How does the organization change its viewpoint, and not see KM as a ‘different department’.
The presentation will be a combination of practical cases that rope in details on the key initiatives, people processes and technology platforms.
